    This is a program-specific application for Associate in Applied Science in Surgical Technology. It is separate from the general GCC admission application.

    • New applicant to GCC – you must complete both:
      1. The general admission application and select Surgical Technology as your intended major.
      2. This program-specific application
    • Current GCC students – you must complete all:
      1. This program-specific application
      2. Submit a change of major for form to Surgical Technology Intent
      3. Have a minimum GPA of 2.0 maintained from time of application through completion of the program
