This is a program-specific application for Associate Degree Nursing (ADN). It is separate from the general GCC admission application.

New applicant to GCC – you must complete both:
1. The general admission application and select Associate Degree Nursing as your intended major.
2. This program-specific application
Current GCC students – you must complete all:
1. This program-specific application
2. Submit a change of major for form to Pre-Nursing/ADN Intent (NUC)
3. Have a minimum GPA of 2.0 maintained from time of application through completion of the program
